OE's Annual Run of the Charles Fundraiser
Support Team OE’s at the “Run of the Charles”
On Sunday, April 25th, 10 paddlers with and without disabilities are coming together to raise funds and awareness for Outdoor Exploration! Please join them in supporting our mission to provide accessible outdoor adventures for people with disabilities!
When: April 25th, 2010
Time: 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Where: The race begins on the Charles River by Great Plains Ave
in Needham and ends at Artesani Park in Brighton

Why: Team OE is raising money to support our mission of making adventure recreation accessible for people with disabilities.

2nd Annual OE Run of the Charles Fundraiser





Congratulations to Team OE for coming in 10th place in the Open Recreational division and 4th place in the Non-Corporate divsion of the 24-Mile Relay Race at the Run of Charles Canoe and Kayak Race. With the support of friends, family and co-workers, Team OE raised over $3,000 to support breaking down barriers to adventure for people with disabilities.
OE Soccer Tournament Fundraiser

Outdoor Explorations (OE) would like to recognize OE volunteer, Chris Bitzas, for organizing and running the 1st Annual OE Soccer Tournament Fundraiser on Sunday, March 29th at the Canton Sportsplex. Over 80 people competed in a series of three soccer matches. The top two teams then competed against each other to win the title. The tournament raised $3,300 dollars and 100 percent of the proceeds was donated to OE. Thanks again to Chris Bitzas, along with Katherine Bitzas, Jason Lebeouf and the Canton Sportsplex for making this happen.
